Recognising Jesus in the Holy Eucharistic

If Catholics were to truly believe what they teach; that Jesus our Lord and God is present in the Holy Eucharist. We all would be on our knees and crawl to receive HIM.
  1. When we receive the Holy Communion, we not only receive Jesus. We receive God the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit. They are Holy Trinity who are in-separable. Where there is Jesus, there is Mary. Where there is God there are Angels. Jesus is not alone in the Holy Eucharist. We receive heaven into ourselves to change us to become Jesus. God lives in us, nourishes us and changes our body to HIS own.
  1. When we receive the Holy communion, we receive the body and blood of Jesus.
  1. When you receive the Holy communion, Thank Jesus who is now inside you, Thank Jesus who humbled himself to become a simple bread which you and I can eat to become him and be worthy to be reunited with the Father. The secret here is, when we receive Jesus present in the Holy Eucharist, truly truly recognising HIM; and love HIM and listen to HIM. Our Father who is in heaven will raise us up on the last day. As the Holy Spirit comes into body, as Jesus is inside us. Our merciful God will accept us through and only through Jesus. This we have eternal life.
  1. Through Holy communion we receive God into our hearts. Our God is Holy of Holy. Hence, we need to truly repent, confess our sins and cleanse our heart and keep it Holy. So that our God who is Holy will enter into our hearts. For this reason, we should not receive Holy communion when our heart and body is un holy. This would be wounding and hurting our Lord.
  2. The king of kings, God of Gods, only beloved Son of God who is constantly praised and adored by all the saints and angels in heaven; has left HIS majestic throne and humbled himself to become a simple bread and wine, so anyone can eat HIS body and drink HIS blood to live in HIM and become HIM. Jesus waits for us to come and meet HIM in all the tabernacles of all the Churches in the world. He waits patiently that we will come and spend time with HIM. No one else can do this, only Jesus who loves us so much that he willing accepted torture and passion that one day we will understand HIS true love and repent for our sins and go back to HIM willingly.
  3. Our God is so gentleman that he does not force us to go to HIM. He shows how much he loves us, that he is ready to take any suffering to save us. And that we may recognise HIS love and by our free will love HIM back.
  4. The most important point that you should believe is, I’m reiterating here. When we believe in Jesus, and receive his body and blood. We will be raised to life on the last day.

Jesus, the bread of Life.

“When the people found Jesus on the other side of the lake, they said to him, “Teacher, when did you get here?” Jesus answered, “I am telling you the truth: you are looking for me because you ate the bread and had all you wanted, not because you understood my miracles. Do not work for food that goes bad; instead, work for the food that lasts for eternal life. This is the food which the Son of Man will give you, because God, the Father, has put his mark of approval on him.”

So they asked him, “What can we do in order to do what God wants us to do?” Jesus answered, “What God wants you to do is to believe in the one he sent.”

They replied, “What miracle will you perform so that we may see it and believe you? What will you do? Our ancestors ate manna in the desert, just as the scripture says, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’ ” “I am telling you the truth,” Jesus said. “What Moses gave you was not the bread from heaven; it is my Father who gives you the real bread from heaven. For the bread that God gives is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” “Sir,” they asked him, “give us this bread always.” “I am the bread of life,”

Jesus told them. “Those who come to me will never be hungry; those who believe in me will never be thirsty. Now, I told you that you have seen me but will not believe.

Everyone whom my Father gives me will come to me. I will never turn away anyone who comes to me, because I have come down from heaven to do not my own will but the will of him who sent me. And it is the will of him who sent me that I should not lose any of all those he has given me, but that I should raise them all to life on the last day. For what my Father wants is that all who see the Son and believe in him should have eternal life.

And I will raise them to life on the last day.” The people started grumbling about him, because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven.” So they said, “This man is Jesus son of Joseph, isn’t he? We know his father and mother. How, then, does he now say he came down from heaven?” Jesus answered, “Stop grumbling among yourselves. No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him to me; and I will raise him to life on the last day. The prophets wrote, ‘Everyone will be taught by God.’ Anyone who hears the Father and learns from him comes to me. This does not mean that anyone has seen the Father; he who is from God is the only one who has seen the Father. I am telling you the truth: he who believes has eternal life.

Your ancestors ate manna in the desert, but they died. But the bread that comes down from heaven is of such a kind that whoever eats it will not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats this bread, he will live for ever. The bread that I will give him is my flesh, which I give so that the world may live.” This started an angry argument among them. “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” they asked. Jesus said to them, “I am telling you the truth: if you do not eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you will not have life in yourselves. Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood have eternal life, and I will raise them to life on the last day. For my flesh is the real food; my blood is the real drink. Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood live in me, and I live in them. The living Father sent me, and because of him I live also. In the same way whoever eats me will live because of me. This, then, is the bread that came down from heaven; it is not like the bread that your ancestors ate. They later died, but those who eat this bread will live for ever.””
